Web Analytics Newsletter: ATTUNED

Web analytics guru and good guy Hurol Inan has just emailed the latest edition of his newsletter ATTUNED. The lead article deals with segmentation of user data - what it is, how to do it, and some example to get you started. His workshop participants have confirmed:
