I was tooling around at YouTube this morning and found a great video that focuses on the impact of Web 2.0 on our use of the web. No mention of technology… and that's one of the things that makes this so good.
Here it is.

The aha moment for me, when I watched this the first time, was the absolute move away from the idea of static content and dreamweaver-type websites. This wordpress-powered website is not my first attempt at creating a repository of content that changes as the whim (or interest) takes me, but it's the one that's seeing most traffic.
Publishing is no longer analogous to a book, or a brochure. It's a continuous process in Web 2.0.
Great idea. But the name (Web 2.0) is a bit of a wank, don't you think?
